Really satisfied experience with ATI. I believe it's been always a headache when it comes to truck repair. But I feel so fortuned to have ATI on my back to do all my maintenance and repair jobs.The price is reasonable with the high-quality work and the customer services are bonuses. The guys in ATI know what they are doing and always take initiatives in putting customer's concerns and needs as priority.My truck got hit and run. The side of box was scratched and some parts were teared off. The pic is after the repair. I started going to ATI in 2004 on the recommendation of a fellow owner-operator and they've been my service and repair guys ever since. I am on my second truck that I've been taking to them and one of the things I like best is that they are pretty much a one stop shop - I can get virtually anything done there. Over the almost fifteen years I've been an ATI customer I've had everything from a cracked windshield replaced to air conditioning repairs, wheel alignment, clutch replacement and even a patch welded onto a leaking aluminum fuel tank - all in the same shop. My most recent repair was a short in my turn signals which they found and repaired quickly saving me from serious downtime.

Anup, Iqbal and their staff are very friendly and helpful and have never let me down. From my regular maintenance and MVIs to emergency repairs, they are always there when I need them and most importantly for me - the repairs are done right the first time. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. I just wish everyone in the trucking industry was as friendly and reliable as everyone at ATI.

I had excellent service! I called them 1/2 hr before they were closing and explained that I needed an air line on my trailer fixed. They said bring it in, they'll fix it. When I got there they got me in right away. After they were done I asked them for directions to my next destination and they were very helpful with that as well! And I was charged a very reasonable rate for the repair. A good service shop, I highly recommend this shop!!

I have been taking my diesel pusher motorhome to ATI for maintenance servicing and mechanical repairs for about 12 years now and I find their service to be excellent in every way. Everyone there is friendly and courteous and make me believe that my business is important to them. I recently also has some work done in their body and paint shop and I was happy to find the same high quality of workmanship and care applied in that part of their shop as well. I believe I receive good value for my money and above all I trust their judgement and their recommendations when I am having work done at ATI.

I met with an accident and went to ATI to repair my Toyota Corolla . Passenger side front window was damaged and paint was coming off from back window as well. Arun at Ati took enough pictures of damages and send an estimate to ICBC for claim without any delay . Estimate was readily approved by ICBC within couple of days. Once i dropped my car for repair , courtesy car provided was very efficient for me and as well my Car was ready for pickup after one week , i am totally satisfied with repair and work done on My Car by ATI

I have been taking my trucks to ATI for years. They are excellent, the owners Iqbal and Anup are great with customer service they always make sure I am completely satisfied with the jobs they do. They are always available when my trucks need any repairs and never say no to my requests. I am happy I found them cause they make my days less stressful when my trucks break down. Also Praveena is very nice to deal with, she takes her time explaining any issues with the trucks.

Was pretty dissapointed when i found out (less than 24 h before our appointment) that our part was not going to be in & the person on the phone didnt really give me any options but to take a different appointment (after hours for our work). I then called in again and spoke to iqbal who did all he could and made it happen for me ON TIME! not only that but today he came into our office with coffee and donuts to apologize and introduce himself to me as we had not previously worked together. Jason, Terry and their crew in the paint and body shop did an exceptional job painting our whole tow truck from top to bottom. They even went beyond what we spoke about and fixed up some minor details that the normal person would not notice. The job was completed on time as promised and the paint looks fantastic! ATI I provided SUNROCK TRANSPORT with a new set of brakes for our trailer in very short notice and as a result reduced our downtime.   Service was fantastic ans very personable.  The work completed was professional and we were very pleased with the results.  After 20k we brought the trailer back in for a checkup and brake adjustment.  The guys atre great and knowledgable about their products. We will continue to use ATI for service of our equipment  when required in the lower mainland. Just talk to Anup and He'll take care of you. Thanks guys. We are a Vancouver Island based company but we have trucks on the mainland all the time. We have twice now had breakdowns on the mainland that we have taken to ATI. Both times they have been excellent on both the quality of their work and the communication of where the repair process was at. I generally received at least a text update, if not a phone call, every day or 2 to update where parts were and etas to repairs being done. It’s an added bonus to have the body repair shop on site as well. While waiting on parts for mechanical repairs it’s easy to get any body repairs done at the same time. Very convenient and the body work has been excellent as well.
